Antique chests of drawers come in the widest possible to imagine variety of shapes, sizes, qualities, timbers and ages of course. The variety available can sometimes be rather overwhelming, but generally speaking its difficult to go wrong with any kind of 18th Century, Georgian examples which retain the majority of their originality and are of relatively small size.

This particular 18th Century Georgian Mahogany Chest Of Drawers is a sweet, rarely found small size and in combination with the incredibly unusual drawer configuration, which we have not come across before, it would certainly be useful to place in a whole variety of spaces around the home.

It retains its elegant original rococo design brass wear, boasts a nice untouched warm colour and patina and is raised on its original shaped bracket feet.

Overall this charming little chest is both functional and elegant and would enhance any setting which its placed into.
