A Fine Quality Late Regency Period 19th Century Papier Mache Tray On Stand, Or Coffee Table, Having Elegant Hand Painted And Gilded Decoration, Housed On Attractive Bamboo Effect Stand.

What better way to look after the environment than to recycle beautiful, old, antique objects with little purpose in the modern world and give them a new purpose.

Thats exactly what’s happened to this wonderful Regency period Papier Mache tray. It is now an attractive and functional coffee table or even just side table, with the added bonus that the tray is still removable and can therefore be used as an actual tray for carrying things around on when required.

The tray is an excellent, functional size, big enough to be practical but not so big it would overpower anything else in a room. It is also in largely excellent condition with just some minor old marks, scratches, scuffs and dents that can be expected on an object of this age which has been used significantly throughout the many years of its life.

The coffee table is in good, clean condition and ready to go straight into use having been attended to in our workshops by our trained antique furniture restorers before being offered for sale by us.

We have vans regularly on the road throughout mainland England and where practical and realistically possible are always pleased to offer prospective clients our approval service. Where possible we will not charge to bring the item/s out to you and place them in position in your home then take them away again should you choose not to purchase them. On some occasions there may be a nominal charge to cover the cost of our approval service, but this will always be discussed and explained to you in advance of our visit.

Please make it very clear when enquiring about an item, or items, if you intend to use the approval service as it must be agreed with us in advance of any further discussions re delivery timescales etc.
