A Very Good Quality Mid 19th Century Walnut Circular Lamp Table, Having Superb Circular Top With Profuse Floral Marquetry Inlaid Decoration And Attractive Brass Mounted Decoration, Raised On Spiral Twist Turned Central Column Terminating On Elegant Moulded Tripod Legs With Further Ormolu Mounted Decoration.

A fabulous quality little lamp table, or occasional table, which was almost certainly constructed in one of the top workshops of the time. Every detail is of excellent quality and it is absolutely smothered with expensive ormolu mounted decoration, which only the best workshops would have been able to afford to purchase in the first place.

It is also particularly elegant and useful. Its a small but practical size and remarkably sturdy and would suit many a different space, with many a different purpose.

As with all objects which we offer for sale this lovely little tripod table has been inspected and attended to in our workshops by our specialist, trained, antique furniture restorers and received a natural wax polish before being placed on sale to ensure it is ready for immediate placement within the home, or any other environment for that matter.

We have vans regularly on the road throughout mainland England and where practical and realistically possible are always pleased to offer prospective clients our approval service. Where possible we will not charge to bring the item/s out to you and place them in position in your home then take them away again should you choose not to purchase them. On some occasions there may be a nominal charge to cover the cost of our approval service, but this will always be discussed and explained to you in advance of our visit.

Please make it very clear when enquiring about an item, or items, if you intend to use the approval service as it must be agreed with us in advance of any further discussions re delivery timescales etc.
