A very attractive mid-19th century giltwood and gesso
wall mirror having carved surmount over pierced
Frame bordering replacement beveled mirror plate
(This mirror would of been made during the mid-19th century
in Italy. It is a typical Florentine design and the decoration is
well executed. There are various old repairs and chips
as you would expect on something of this age, but overall
it is in good condition and a most attractive design. It is a
particularly nice size, just big enough to have a presence in
almost any setting it is placed, but not so large that it would
be overpowering for other items in the room).

We have vans regularly on the road throughout mainland England and where practical and realistically possible are always pleased to offer prospective clients our approval service. Where possible we will not charge to bring the item/s out to you and place them in position in your home then take them away again should you choose not to purchase them. On some occasions there may be a nominal charge to cover the cost of our approval service, but this will always be discussed and explained to you in advance of our visit.
