A delightful pair of early 18th century walnut side chairs
Having shaped top rail and well figured shaped splat
Backs above shaped drop in seats raised on elegant
Carved cabriole legs with pointed pad feet

( A lovely example of early 18th century walnut chairs these
chairs retain a good colour & patina with well shaped splats
and seats. The cabriole legs are incredibly elegant and a nice
feature is both the scrolling earpieces at the top of the legs and
the pointed pad feet. Their condition is excellent for something
that is over 300 years old and they are as fit for purpose as the
day they were made.

Perfect in a hallway, or bedroom, or even as
a couple of extra dining chairs that can stand at the side of the room
and be pulled around a table as and when required they suit a variety
of different purposes around the home. The seats are removable
drop in seats meaning that if somebody wanted to re cover them in a
fabric of their choice this is both an easy and inexpensive task. )

We have vans regularly on the road throughout mainland England and where practical and realistically possible are always pleased to offer prospective clients our approval service. Where possible we will not charge to bring the item/s out to you and place them in position in your home then take them away again should you choose not to purchase them. On some occasions there may be a nominal charge to cover the cost of our approval service, but this will always be discussed and explained to you in advance of our visit.

Please make it very clear when enquiring about an item, or items, if you intend to use the approval service as it must be agreed with us in advance of any further discussions re delivery timescales etc.
